Biography:
Anna Richards is the most capped Black Ferns player. She has achieved much on the rugby field, including winning Women's Rugby World Cup gold medals in 1998, 2002 and 2006, celebrating success in the Canada Cup in 1996, 2002 and 2005 and she was a member of the 2004 Churchill Cup-winning side. Her distinguished career also includes club rugby stints in Italy and England. She is an all-round sportswoman who has represented New Zealand in Sevens and touch rugby. She has also played provincial netball for Canterbury.

Biography:
Emma Jensen has become one of the key members of the Black Ferns squad since making her international debut against Germany at the 2002 Women's Rugby World Cup. In 2006 she played a key role in the Black Ferns’ IRB Women’s Rugby World Cup-winning performance in Canada. In 2004 she was a member of the team that won the Churchill Cup and 2005 celebrated Canada Cup success. She has played club rugby in Italy and is also a former New Zealand age-group representative in hockey.

Biography:
Hannah Porter is a versatile player who can cover most of the positions in the backline. She returns to the Black Ferns in 2008 after last playing for the side in 2006. An accurate goal kicker too, she has had tutelage from former All Blacks first five Grant Fox. In 2003 she was a nominee for New Zealand’s Women’s Rugby Player of the Year.

Biography:
Monalisa Codling has been a strong and consistent performer for the Black Ferns since making her international debut in 1998, and has won three IRB Women’s Rugby World Cup gold medals. Mobile and a proven ball-winner, she forms an effective partnership with Auckland locking teammate Victoria Heighway. She has also played Sevens, represented Otago in fifteens from 1996-1998 and from 1999 she has been part of the successful Auckland Storm in the national women's competition. In 2003 she was named New Zealand’s Women’s Player of the Year.
